Bushmere Estate Diavolo Rosso
Straight from Satan's cellar comes this devilishly delicious and sinfully tempting blend of Sangiovese and Montepulciano. The grapes sweltered under an infernal Gisborne sun, producing fat sweet succulent bunches, which were mercilessly hand plunged to produce this wicked little wine.
The first sip of its deceivingly innocent flavours will tantalise and tempt even the purest of heart - luring them into an intoxicating frenzy of fruit flavours.
This fortified dessert wine
will accompany only the most decadent of foods - rich fruit cakes, sumptuous chocolate desserts and pungent cheeses. Sweet and seductive, sophisticated and luscious,

Fruit-driven, unoaked style. Lively and attractive with clean fresh fruit through the palate. Simple and honest. A very approachable wine to enjoy young, but will also gain complexity with cellaring.

Bushmere Estate 2006 Merlot

A vibrant fruit driven nose with hints of smoky toast and vanilla. A very approachable merlot with rich plum and chocolate characters. The wine has soft smooth tannins and a lingering finish. Aged in French barriques.
Perfect to serve with red meats and antipasto platters.
